Building Future Leaders

Part of what I do as a professor of management is to train students on how to be better leaders, to learn the interpersonal skills needed for any position that requires working with people. One could argue that IS every position.

My speaking engagements tend to focus on how people can improve themselves as leaders, negotiators or team members.
